Returns and exchanges
Shipping guarantees, on costs and on relationships with carriers and details of delivery JAMALFI agrees to send the goods within 3 working days in Italy and within 5 working days in Europe, starting from the communication via e-mail from JAMALFI to confirm receipt of the order, except for purchases made by bank transfer. For every order placed on the website JAMALFI will issue an invoice for the goods shipped, sending it via certified mail box. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer when ordering. Delivery costs are charged to the customer, to the extent indicated in the notice of receipt of order.
The shipping cost is:
- 90 € for Italy;
- 10,42 € for Europe Area 1, 2 and 3;
- 16,92 € for Europe Area 4;
- 35,00 € for United States of America;
- For all other countries, it will be necessary to verify the costs and customs restrictions for the export before proceeding with the estimation of the relative costs and with the orders. For a check and quote you can send an email to the following address: [email protected].
For the delivery of the goods requires the presence of the customer or his representative at the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the customer must check:
1) the number of packages delivered corresponds to as indicated in the transport document (DDT)/INVOICE;
2) the packaging is not damaged, nor wet or anyhow altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of items or instructions shall be immediately notified, affixing written control reserve on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the document courier, the customer may not make any objection about the appearance of the delivered goods.
Time for delivery of the goods should be considered approximate. In case of failure of delivery, JAMALFI will attempt to contact the customer to define and possibly resolve the causes of NDRs. The order will be canceled for failure to deliver. Cancellation, JAMALFI will inform the customer by e-mail. The amount already paid by the client will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than thirty days after receipt of the purchase order, with deduction of costs incurred for delivery attempts.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Out of all the extensive guarantees that protect the customer by law 19. In accordance with art. 64 Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a person who buys goods for purposes unrelated to the business activity or profession, meaning that it carries out the purchase order form indicating a reference to VAT), has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 working days from the conclusion of the contract.
The withdrawal must be manifested by sending in the above mentioned term of 10 days of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Within the same period can be sent a telegram which must be followed within 48 hours the aforementioned registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt confirming the indicated withdrawal. Within the above term of 10 days must be returned to the sender-manufacture all goods purchased intact and in their original packaging and any accessories, without any lack. Return postage will be borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the request JAMALFI will supply the full amount paid by the consumer within thirty days, with Bank currency in any case not exceeding the 15th working day from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Consumer shall promptly provide the Bank on which to obtain the transfer (Cod. ABI, CAB, bank account, IBAN).
